Refund Policy for ASAP MOTO

At ASAP MOTO, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality motorcycles and tires. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our goal at ASAP MOTO is to ensure complete satisfaction with your motorcycle purchase. If you are not satisfied with your motorcycle, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and has not been used. All returned motorcycles are subject to inspection, and a restocking fee of 15% may apply. Please note, refunds for special orders or customized motorcycles are subject to different terms. Additionally, in accordance with New Jersey's Lemon Law, if your motorcycle exhibits substantial defects within the first two years or 24,000 miles that impair its use, value, or safety, and these issues are not resolved after reasonable repair attempts, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. For further details or to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

For tire returns, the tires must be unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Proof of purchase is required. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Once we receive your returned tires, our team will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that custom or personalized items, items marked as final sale, and gift cards are non-returnable. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at asapmoto.linden@gmail.com with details and photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
